Return policy

If your purchase isn't quite what you expected, you can return it within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked.

Once you decide to return it, please let us know by email at info@northsheep.eu and send the product back within 14 days of telling us. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. Please make sure the product is sent back with all included accessories, in its original condition, and in the original packaging if possible. Your refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we register your returned product, provided everything is in order.

Please handle the product with care; if the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to test it, we may need to attribute this damage to you, potentially reducing the refund you receive.
