These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on northsheep.eu. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract between you and NorthSheep is concluded when we send you this order confirmation. If, exceptionally, we are unable to accept your order (for example, because an item has sold out), we will let you know and refund any amount you have paid in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted (SSL) payment server, so your payment details cannot be read by third parties.

When you pay by debit or credit card, the order amount is reserved on your card when you place your order and charged once your order has been processed and shipped. If an order is cancelled, the reservation is released by your bank or card issuer; how long this takes depends on your bank.

Delivery

Ireland:

  • FedEx Standard Delivery (5–7 business days): €4.95 – free on orders over €90
  • FedEx Priority Delivery (1–2 business days): €14.95

Greece:

  • FedEx home delivery (5–7 business days): free on every order

Orders placed before 10 AM on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day. Delivery times are estimates. In any case, we will deliver your order within 30 days unless we agree otherwise with you. The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods have been delivered to you.

Your right to cancel (30 days)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason. This extends the 14-day cancellation period required by law. The cancellation period ends 30 days after the day on which you, or a person you have named (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

To cancel, send us a clear statement of your decision by email to info@northsheep.eu. You may use our cancellation form, but this is not required. It is enough to send your cancellation before the 30-day period has expired.

Returning the goods: please send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us that you are cancelling. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Please return the item with all included accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging.

Refunds: we will refund all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard delivery, we do not have to refund the extra cost. We will use the same payment method you used for your purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

Condition of returned goods: you may handle the goods only as you would in a shop, to check their nature, characteristics and functioning. If the goods have lost value because they were handled beyond this, we may reduce your refund accordingly.

Faulty goods and your statutory rights

All our products are covered by your statutory rights under EU consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us at info@northsheep.eu and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the law.

If you live in Ireland, you also have the rights set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2022, including a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Personal data and cookies

We process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We only use your name, address, telephone number and email address to process and deliver your order and to provide customer service. We do not sell your personal data, and we share it only with service providers who need it to complete your order, such as payment providers and carriers.

Your data is kept for up to five years, after which it is deleted. You have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to object to its processing; to do so, contact us at info@northsheep.eu.

Our website uses cookies and visitor statistics to work properly and to improve your experience. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Complaints and disputes

If you are not satisfied with a product or our service, please contact us first at info@northsheep.eu – we will do our best to find a solution.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can refer it, free of charge, to the out-of-court dispute resolution body for consumer disputes with Lithuanian traders: the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of the Republic of Lithuania (www.vvtat.lt).

For cross-border purchases, you can also get free advice from the European Consumer Centre in your country of residence (in Ireland: European Consumer Centre Ireland, www.eccireland.ie; in Greece: European Consumer Centre Greece, www.eccgreece.gr). Consumers in Ireland can find information about their rights from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (www.ccpc.ie).

Governing law

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of that country.
